Welcome to DeenStream. By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may discontinue the use of our services at any time.

DeenStream is built with the intention of providing beneficial Urdu education and Islamic learning in a respectful, safe, and spiritually uplifting environment. All users — students, teachers, parents, and community members — are requested to follow these guidelines.

1. Definitions

  • “App / Platform” refers to the DeenStream mobile app and PWA.

  • “User” refers to any individual accessing the platform (students, parents, teachers, general users).

  • “Content” refers to any text, images, videos, or submissions posted by users.

  • “Submission Section” refers to the feature where users upload Islamic photos, beneficial videos, or Fatwa questions.

  • “Admin” refers to the DeenStream management team.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use DeenStream only for lawful, respectful, and Islamic-compliant purposes.
You must not:

  • Post content that is disrespectful, harmful, misleading, political, or against Islamic values.

  • Impersonate scholars, teachers, or other users.

  • Upload copyrighted material unless you own it.

  • Attempt to harm, hack, or misuse the platform.

Admin reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that does not align with our values.

3. User Eligibility

  • Users aged 5 years and above may use the Urdu learning section (with parental guidance for minors).

  • Users of all ages may browse Islamic content as long as they follow the guidelines.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children below 13 years of age.

4. Urdu Classes & Learning Sessions

DeenStream provides live Urdu classes conducted through integrated tools (such as Zoom / Google Meet / Zoho).

Students agree to:

  • Attend classes respectfully.

  • Follow teacher instructions.

  • Avoid inappropriate behavior or disturbance during live sessions.

Recording of live classes without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Teacher Onboarding

  • Teachers are verified and onboarded manually by DeenStream.

  • Teachers must follow Islamic guidelines, maintain professionalism, and ensure their content is accurate and respectful.

  • Any misconduct may lead to immediate removal.

6. Submission Section (Photos, Videos, Fatwa Questions)

Users may submit:

  • Islamic reminders

  • Islamic photos or videos

  • Beneficial content

  • Questions related to Deen for Fatwa guidance

All posts are manually reviewed.
Admin may reject or remove content that is:

  • Not related to Islam

  • Controversial or political

  • Incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate

  • Promotional or commercial

  • Violating Islamic ethics

Fatwa answers (if provided) are for general guidance only and should not replace consultation with local scholars or muftis.

7. Payments (Future Feature)

DeenStream may integrate Razorpay or PayU for course fees or subscriptions.
When payments go live:

  • Fees once processed may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Users must provide accurate billing information.

  • DeenStream does not store card, UPI, or bank details — they are handled securely by payment gateways.

(Currently, payments are not active.)

8. Content Ownership

  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

  • By posting on DeenStream, you grant us the right to display, review, and moderate your content.

  • You must not upload copyrighted material without permission.

9. Community Guidelines

All users must:

  • Maintain respect and Islamic etiquette

  • Avoid arguments, debates, insults, or sectarian discussions

  • Share only beneficial Islamic content

  • Avoid political or controversial topics

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

DeenStream may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that:

  • Violate Islamic values

  • Misuse features

  • Post harmful content

  • Conduct fraudulent activity

  • Disrespect teachers or other users

Admin decisions are final to maintain a safe community.

11. Disclaimer

  • DeenStream provides educational content and general Islamic information.

  • We are not responsible for misinformation, misunderstandings, or third-party actions.

  • Fatwa-related guidance should be verified with local scholars for personal cases.

  • Technical errors, downtime, or updates may temporarily affect app performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

DeenStream is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of payments due to third-party payment gateways

  • Issues related to internet, device, or connectivity

  • User misconduct or misuse of the app

  • Inaccurate or misunderstood Islamic content submitted by users

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
